Who are good candidates for FaceTite?

The ideal candidates for FaceTite are patients who are interested in a non-surgical way to reduce their wrinkles, tighten loose skin, and rejuvenate their appearance.

FaceTite is a great choice for anyone who wants to look younger without invasive surgery. Patients should be general healthy and in good physical condition, and they should not smoke or drink alcohol excessively. They should also have realistic expectations about how much improvement is possible from FaceTite.

What happens during a consultation?

During a FaceTite consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss your goals for treatment and to ask questions about the treatment and its benefits. Dr. Parry will explain how the process works and perform an examination. This is an important part of our consultation process, because it helps Dr. Parry determine if FaceTite is right for you.

What to expect during the FaceTite procedure

The FaceTite procedure takes about an hour and is performed in our office with local anesthesia. After local anesthesia is administered, Dr. Parry will make a tiny incision. The FaceTite device features a probe and an external electrode. The probe will be inserted into the incision, and the external electrode will be placed on the skin.

Radiofrequency energy will then be delivered to the tissues. The heat triggers collagen creation, tightening the skin. Additionally, a small amount of fat is melted in areas such as the cheeks and chin, which helps improve facial contours. Patients typically experience little to no discomfort during the FaceTite treatment.

What kind of aftercare is required?

FaceTite is a minimally invasive procedure performed under local anesthesia or light sedation. Post procedure patients can go home and resume regular activity shortly after. The treatment area may feel warm or tingly for several hours after the procedure. There may also be some mild discomfort as the local anesthetic wears off.

Though no recovery time is needed, there may be a degree of swelling and bruising in the area, so a bit of social downtime may be desirable. The swelling will gradually subside over the following weeks, and the bruising will also fade.

What areas can be treated?

Any areas of the face and neck with saggy skin can be treated. Including double chin, jowls, and other areas with deep lines and loose skin.

How quickly will I see results?

Most results can be seen immediately but the best results are noticeable after 4- 6 weeks, and continuing up to 12 months.
